Theatre Ballet - Premier, Inc. is very pleased to produce custom
made ballet costumes and beautiful sceneries for you. We have a lot
of professionally made models for performances and practice in
our catalogue.

|
The best way to place an order is by using our catalogue
and shopping cart. Details of this process you can find in
"How to Order" page.

|
Your order is downloaded directly into our computer each
night. This way speeds the processing of your order, removes the potential
of mistakes and speeds the mailing of the order confirmation.

You may also print your order and mail or fax it to us.

|
Custom order:
We create a variety of custom designed tutus, dresses
and costume accessories. We can discus details with you by e-mail and
help you to make the right decision for a specific performance. An estimate
will be provided for your custom request. Specific custom detail is
negotiated during the manufacturing process.
You will receive the reply in three days with a confirmation
and full price of your order.
For the custom order we request that you sign the Order
Agreement and send it to us with the security deposit. You can download
the Order Agreement form here
in Word format or we can send it to you with your Order confirmation
by e-mail or fax.

Scenery order:
You can buy already made backdrop or choose and order
the same design as on our catalog Scenery
page.
We also custom make scenery and we work personally with
our client. This is creative work which takes a time. You can give us
your ideas and we will then create what you have in vision.
We have professional scenery-designer, who can design
your scenery. Before we start to work you need to place an order and
send us security deposit, amount of $1000. We will send you a sketch
of scenery and then we can discus about them. When we specify all your
wishes and if you satisfy with this version of the scenery we will send
you the coloring drafts so you have a visual idea. Again, you can make
any corrections where you see it. When we have final version of your
backdrop you need to send us another payment, amount of $1500 and we
will process your order.
We must receive the final payment before we will ship
your order.
All prices are per square meter and depend on sizes of backdrop.
Fire approve for any backdrop are available for extra
$7.00 per square meter.
The price for Shipping and Handling is $5.00 per square meter.

Terms and Conditions:

Deposit:
The first minimal payment (nonrefundable deposit) is
half of a total price of your order and is required for an order process.
The final payment, including shipping and handling charges, must be
received before sending the order. Please allow us 5-7 weeks to process
the order (we can also accept a rush order 3-4 weeks with $50 extra
payment for the first item, and if you have more then one $15 for each).

Changes/Cancellations:
No changes or cancellations will be permitted once an
order has been received and processed.
|
||||||||||||||||
|
Returns/Guarantee:
Since your garment is made-to-order, there are no returns or exchanges.
If there are complains based on our mistake or your fault we have to receive the order
back in 10 days and in these days we will figure out what we can do. If the problem is
not fixable we can consider the option of returning.
Shipping and handling as well as Rush order fee, if any, are not returnable in any situation. After 5 days, when the client received the order, no complaints are accepted. |

Shipping:
Orders will be sent via UPS.
If we do not have a full payment for an order that our company will be
using Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) system in order to collect the payments from
our consumers. Upon delivery of our product, a representative from that delivering
company will collect the amount agreed on by you and Theater Ballet - Premier. That amount
will also be stated on the tag or system-generated label that is attached to that product.
Cashier's check, money order, official bank check, or other similar instrument can be
used to pay for our products. If the collection cannot be made by the delivery
representative that package will be returned back to Theatre Ballet - Premier.
The C.O.D. fee will charge from client. Approximate shipping cost of tutus are shown in the table
below
Please note that this cost is for Russian delivery. The UPS ground shipping to the final destination around USA is free. For international shipping we take $25 as additional fee. |

Payment:
You may pay by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD), check or money order.
In order to secure your privacy, you will get a credit card slip in the mail or by fax.
Please fill it out and fax it to us or mail it out. You may also use a phone to give us
your credit card information.
